CPIC, Enterprise Architect Program Manager

Location: Washington, DC

eGlobalTech is seeking an experienced manager to lead a Federal Department-level Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Program Area, with a focus on Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Enterprise Architecture (EA). The candidate will be responsible for senior-level client management, strategic guidance, quality assurance, and coordinating a team of consultants. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for project management duties, such as Work Breakdown Structure maintenance, status reporting, and providing executive-level briefings.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control and Enterprise Architecture

· Project Management

· Project risk management and mitigation

· Team coordination and guidance

· Technical documentation development

· Ability to act as a liaison to external stakeholders

· Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

· Team player with strong interpersonal qualities

· Facilitation of workgroups and governance bodies

· Past experience in working with the Federal Government

Experience and Education

Minimum Criteria

- BS or BA minimum

- 10+ Years of Experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Articulate, well mannered and well presented

Preferred Criteria

- Master’s degree

- Advanced understanding of Information Technology (IT) Management

- PMP Certification
